These terms govern your use of completeedusolution.com (the "Website"), operated by Techno Developers Thrill ("we", "us") for its product Complete EDU Solution ("CES"). By using the Website you agree to them.
1. Website only
These terms cover the Website and demo requests. Use of the CES platform itself is governed by a separate subscription or service agreement signed with each institution.
2. Information on the Website
We describe CES features, plans and figures in good faith, but the Website is for general information and is not a binding offer. Features, pricing and availability are confirmed in your proposal or agreement.
3. Demo requests
When you request a demo, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to share them. We handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Website.
- Do not submit false, misleading or automated (spam) requests.
- Do not copy or reuse Website content, logos or designs without permission.
5. Intellectual property
The Website content, the CES name and logo, and the product are owned by Techno Developers Thrill.
6. Liability
The Website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall under the courts of Dhaka.
