This policy explains how Complete EDU Solution ("CES", "we", "us"), a product of Techno Developers Thrill, handles personal information collected through completeedusolution.com (the "Website"). It covers the Website only. Data that institutions store inside the CES platform is governed by the service agreement with each institution.

2. Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the details you enter:

• Full name and phone number
• Institute name, address, country and state
• Approximate number of students
• Any message you choose to include
• The time you agreed to these terms

If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address. Our web server also records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on the Website. Our contact section shows an embedded Google Map of our office; Google may set its own cookies when that map loads, under Google's Privacy Policy.

3. How we use it

• To contact you about your demo request and present the product
• To send product updates, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the Website secure and working

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the Website and respond to you, such as our hosting provider (A2 Hosting) and email provider, under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep demo-request details for as long as needed to follow up and maintain a business relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.

6. Security

The Website is served over HTTPS. Access to submitted information is limited to staff who need it to respond to you.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing sales@technodevelopersthrill.com.
